In fact, I like to refer to it as "the crunch," because if we are getting our diet out of whack this Crunch will help us stay focused, especially if we are going through a muscle group or two and need to focus. You can also use this exercise throughout the session. You don't have to do the Crunch with weights at the end of the day.Before starting the Crunch, you should take the time to relax and let your mind wander into the moment. You want your mind to be free to do what it needs to do. You also want to take good care of your body so that it is in prime condition before taking on the Crunch.
